When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by May 9, 2026 to reserve your seat!

Can I bring a guest?

While we would love to include everyone we do have limited seating available. Your invitation has the names of the guest(s) that are invited to attend.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, we would like for this night to be adults only. Children will not be invited to attend the ceremony or reception.

Are there hotel accommodations?

Yes, there is a discounted group rate at the Holiday Inn in Weirton. Please book your room early to ensure availability. Please see travel page for additional booking details.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow time to park your vehicle and find your seat.

Where do we park?

As you enter Hidden Acres there will be a lot located at the bottom of the hill on your left. You will have a short walk from your car to the ceremony space. You may drop off those who may not be able to walk from the parking lot closer to the ceremony space and then park your vehicle.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the beautiful ceremony space. The cocktail hour will be held indoors, with access to an outdoor patio, and the reception will take place inside.

Can we take pictures with our phones?

We would like to have an unplugged ceremony. Please silence your phones and let our photographer do her job. We will be happy to share any ceremony photos with you. Feel free to take as many pictures as you want during the reception!

What is the dress code?

The attire is semi-formal. For the guys, please wear a suit or dress pants and a nice shirt. For the ladies, feel free to wear a long or short dress. When choosing your shoes, keep in mind the ceremony space is grass.
